The objective of this Challenge Group is seeing results, so a focus on nutrition will be just as important as staying on top of your workouts. To accomplish this, use Shakeology

as one meal replacement and following your meal plan for the others is a must! HOWEVER, if you are the type that really struggles with following meal plans (time, too difficult) I’ll also be providing you with an EASY meal plan WITH a shopping list EACH WEEK. By EASY, I mean VERY EASY; limited ingredients, low cost and short cooking time. This is the best gift I can give you to reward you for committing to the Challenge!
