No, there are no crazy supplements or magic pills, this program is a collaboration with Ilana Muhlstein, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, who after years of dealing with obesity and yo-yo dieting herself, developed simple strategies to end her own weight loss battle. These strategies helped her lose 100 pounds and keep it off! She’ll teach us how we can too while feeling satisfied with the food we eat and live our lives to the fullest. This program will help us take control of our food and our bodies, and feel confident with our new mindset!
I say we and us because this is a program for ME too! There are very few people in this world who don’t struggle with food and food choices at some time or another!
